Pros: Right on the creek near the dam (love the rushing water sound) Close to all the local attractions and conveniences. Easy access to I-25. Heated pool and Hot Tub for adults only. Water slides. Lots of activities for the kids on the weekends. Cafe open on the weekends. Full hookups, cabins and shelters for tents. Large pull through level sites. Great Verizon coverage. Good air tv channels. Clean showers with good water pressure and hot water. Nice community center. Free WiFi
Cons: Right off highway, loud traffic noise. Shower/bath house awkwardly laid out. No bathroom/changing facility at the pool. No cable.
Worth Noting: very close to Fort Carson. You can hear artillery and tank exercises day and night.
